The Heartbeat of the Church
At Network153, we believe in fulfilling the Great Commission of Christ. One of the pillars of this foundation is reaching the lost in our community, and across the world. Since our inception, we have strived to send persons locally and internationally on short-term missions trips to conduct Vacation Bible School, preach the gospel, conduct wellness seminars and humanitarian outreach to the vulnerable communities in the Caribbean.
In 2024, we visited St. Vincent and the Grenadines for the second time, where we were blessed to conduct VBS in two churches. We also conducted mental health seminars and delivered important relief items to members of the community who were affected by Hurricane Beryl in 2024.
The 2024 Missions Team that visited St. Vincent and the Grenadines. It was a blessing to empower this group of professionals and young adults to work among the people of St. Vincent, spreading the Good News among children and adults.
“Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.”
Matthew 19:14 (NKJV)
Mental Health
As the church continues to battle the Spiritual, we recognize that it is important to help persons understand their own mental capabilities, and how to deal with situations facing them, especially in the face of crises such as natural disasters. St Vincent and the Grenadines recently faced widespread damage from Hurricane Beryl. One of our initiatives was providing mental support through seminars, conducted by Mr. Shakir London, qualified therapist and counselor.
